Job Description
- Business Development & Sales Growth: Identify new customers and market opportunities within the waterproofing, automotive, and hardware segments to drive sales performance.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers while handling inquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
- Product Promotion & Market Expansion: Introduce new products to customers, conduct market research, and participate in trade events to expand business opportunities.
- Sales Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor sales trends, competitor activities, customer stock levels, and ensure achievement of monthly and yearly sales targets.

Job Requirements
- Certificate, Diploma or Degree in related field.
- Proven sales experiences, preferably in the waterproofing, automotive or hardware retail industry.
- Proficient in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English to liaise with client.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Good communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
