Job Description

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, such as lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos, while adhering to quality standards and recipes.
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewing devices, ensuring they are clean and in good working order.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems to process transactions, handle cash and card payments, and maintain accurate records of sales.
• Create visually appealing latte art to enhance the presentation of coffee beverages and provide a delightful experience for customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, seating areas, and restrooms, to ensure a pleasant environment for customers.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations, including proper handling and storage of ingredients, to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
• Effectively communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and address any issues that may arise.
• Demonstrate proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.

• Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems to process customer transactions, handle cash and credit card payments, and maintain accurate records of sales.
• Create visually appealing latte art designs to enhance the presentation of coffee beverages and provide a unique customer experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including coffee preparation areas, serving counters, and customer seating areas, adhering to hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, and communicate needs to the supervisor to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines, cash handling protocols, and customer service standards.
