Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Route & Delivery

• Plan and run daily delivery routes, ensuring on-time arrivals to multiple retailer locations.
• Load and unload stock safely, verify items against delivery lists, and secure signatures or proof of delivery.

Merchandising & Inventory

• Set up product displays, rotate stock, and follow merchandising guidelines to maximise shelf appeal.
• Carry out basic stock counts at stores, flag shortages, and update inventory records or delivery apps.

Vehicle & Admin

• Perform routine vehicle checks, keep the truck tidy, and report maintenance needs promptly.
• Complete delivery paperwork, keep accurate records, and communicate issues to the operations team.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Approximately 2 years of experience in driving, retail merchandising, or logistics roles.
• Valid driving licence preferred and a reliable driving record.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Merchandising knowledge for in-store display and stock rotation.
• Truck Driving skills and safe vehicle handling.
• Communication skills for clear interactions with retailers and the team.
• Basic inventory management and familiarity with delivery or route apps.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Punctual, dependable, and able to manage time across multiple stops each day.
• Customer-focused with polite communication when visiting stores.
• Physically able to handle lifting and repeated stocking tasks with attention to detail.
