Maintain Account Health

• Monitor and manage online marketplace accounts (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc.)
• Ensure listings, inventory, pricing, and fulfilment meet platform standards
• Track performance metrics and resolve any compliance or performance issue

Content Creator Management

• Coordinate with content creators and live hosts for product promotions
• Plan monthly content calendar and ensure deliverables align with brand goals
• Review and analyze performance of content to improve engagement and sales

Run Social Media

• Manage company’s social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
• Plan and execute posting schedules, captions, and creative ideas
• Monitor trends, respond to followers, and grow community engagement

Sourcing:

• Spot and source potential products o increase product offerings.

Job Requirements

  Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of degree 
• Any field of study   
• Good proficiency in Mandarin, Malay and English
• Strong leadership, excellent presentation, communication, problem solving, interpersonal, and time management skills 
• Passionate, energetic, responsible and possess retail & management experience preferred.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel
