<li>Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures</li>
<li>Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.</li>
<li>Verify discrepancies by and resolve customer’ billing issues</li>
<li>Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending debtor statement reminders and contacting customers.</li>
<li>Preparing &amp; compiling staff’s &amp; superior claim monthly.</li>
<li>Knock off all kinds of incoming payment to invoices.</li>
<li>Record Journal Entry.</li>
<li>Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.</li>
<li>Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry.</li>
<li>Manage all the loan instalment on time.</li>
<li>Execute credit card and bank account reconciliation monthly.</li>
<li>Review monthly payroll for workers.</li>
<li>Ensure the bills are properly received and paid accordingly.</li>
<li>Complete the company’s secretary prepared documents.</li>
<li>Ensure all the documents are properly prepared and filled properly according to the file.</li>
<li>Preparation of schedules for monthly and yearly. Examples: worker salary schedules</li>
<li>Maintain and upkeep the company equipment and instrument.&nbsp;</li>
<li>To safeguard the company asset and control the consumption of water and electricity.</li>
<li>To undertake the new development duties and ad hoc activities assigned by Superior from time to time.</li>
</ul>
