<li>To perform full cycle of recruitment process including preparation of job description, job posting, talent sourcing, screening, and interviewing process.</li>
<li>Preparation of hiring documentation including offer letter, employee personal information, and other related documents.</li>
<li>Assist and perform onboarding process for newcomers.</li>
<li>Foreign workers permit renewal matters ( FOMEMA ,.</li>
<li>Assist to prepare payroll computation with the HQ HR team such as salary, overtime, allowances, service point, medical, claims summary and etc.</li>
<li>Maintain staff &amp; workers details in system &amp; ensure the details are properly updated.</li>
<li>To attend to others ad hoc matters given by superior.</li>
<li>Work closely with different departments to ensure workforce stability.</li>
<li>To prepare HR relevant reports as and when required.</li>
<li>Handling of employee relations and grievances, counselling, disciplinary issues and its proced</li>
</ol>
