Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Process Testing & Improvement

• Perform basic inspections on incoming items and record observations using checklists and photos.
• Spot small process gaps and propose practical fixes to improve consistency.

Data & Reporting

• Log test results and maintain clear summary reports to track trends over time.
• Support simple data entry and prepare concise reports for the operations team.

Team Support & Compliance

• Work with engineers and logistics staff to follow quality procedures and safety guidelines.
• Help update documentation and standard operating procedures when improvements are agreed.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Current student or recent graduate in Mechanical/ Megatronics Engineering or a related technical field.
• 0 years experience, suitable for interns and fresh graduates ready to learn on the job.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Mechanical Engineering foundation and comfort with basic tools and materials.
• Process Improvement experience or interest, and a Detail Oriented approach to inspections.
• Basic data entry and spreadsheet skills, plus clear report writing.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Curious and proactive, willing to ask questions and follow instructions carefully.
• Good communicator who can write short reports and collaborate in a small team.
