QC/QA ENGINEERING RESPONSIBLE :

1.      To ensure the manufacturing process are meeting the QC specifications as per ISO 9001 requirements.

2.      To liaise with Production, R&D, Engineering and Product QA on improvement activities.

3.      To lead improvements activities.

4.      To inculcate quality awareness among workers.

5.      To seek new in-process testing & methods to improve products quality, minimise process rejection & scraps.

6.      Involved in ISO 9001 audit team/auditing process.

7.      Manage and monitoring all inspection (incoming, in process and outgoing QC Inspection)

8.      To conduct and to do improvement in quality matters (supplier, process and customer complaints)

9.      Process improvement and reviewable the daily rejection with counter measure and preventive action.

10.   Manage and compile quality report on monthly basis.

11.   Responsible to verified all the quality reports and documents.

Job Requirements

Requirements :-

· Diploma/Degree in Engineering field.

· Experience in manufacturing role.

· Familiar with Auto Cad, Microsoft Office & Basic Adobe Illustrator

· Have complete understanding of Quality Assurance Management system

and ISO 9001.

· Good leadership and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and multitask.

· Applicants must be willing to work in Seksyen 32, Shah Alam. Selangor

· Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.
