Job Description

• Ensure the processes needed for the Quality Management System are established, implemented and maintained.
• To guide the QC Engineer in ensuring the implementation and effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
• Reporting to Top Management on the performance of the Quality Management System and any changes needed for improvement.
• Authorized to stop non-conforming materials, work-in-progress and finished goods from further processing or delivery to the next process or to customers.
• To handle customer complaints on quality issues.
• Ensuring the promotion of customer requirements throughout the organization.
• Liaise with external parties on matters relating to the Quality Management System.
• Responsible for planning, coordinate and schedule internal quality audit to ensure the quality system implemented is effective and meeting the quality objectives.
• Responsible for training to ensure the requirements of the quality system and standard are understood by the concerned personnel.
• To undertake other duties assigned or directed by Production, Productivity and Quality Manager from time to time.

Job Requirements

University Graduate with Bachelor/College/Intermediate degree in Engineering.

At least 3 years working experience.

Experience in quality management and auditing.

Knowledge of ISO 9001 system and implementation.

Good time management skill, able to priorities work to ensure efficiency.

Ability to communicate in English language.

Able to work as a part of a team and independently.
