Job Description

  • Perform all check-in and check-out tasks.
  • Manage reservations made online and over the phone.
  • Provide guests with directions and helpful information.
  • Greet guests upon arrival explain payment methods and collect necessary identification information.
  • Register guests and gather required information through WhatsApp or in-person.
  • Offer information about the accommodations such as a PDF file or parking video.
  • Address customer complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure clean and fully-equipped rooms for guests.
  • Confirm reservations for groups and arrange personalized services for VIP guests and event participants.
  • Promote additional amenities and services as appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments in the system.
  • Review and adjust daily rental fees if necessary. 

Job Requirements

  • Fresh graduate and SPM leavers are encourage to apply.
  • Excellent hands-on skills with eye for details
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Positive attitude and responsible character.
  • Pleasant personality with focus on excellence in customer service.
  • Prior working experience will be an added advantage.
  • Self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.
  • Has own transportation (Car preferred)
