Job Description

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Capture and edit daily video content for marketing purposes.
  • Manage and post content consistently across the company’s social media platforms.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks to support the marketing and operations team.

Owner and Account Service:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and key accounts.
  • Deliver excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

Onboarding New Owners:

  • Ensure smooth onboarding for new property owners into the management system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to integrate new properties seamlessly.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, preferably within the property management and rental industry.
  • Strong understanding of real estate and property management principles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
  • Familiarity with property management software and CRM systems.
  • Adaptability to evolving industry trends and market dynamics.
