 MommyJ Healthy Baby Food is a growing baby food brand dedicated to providing safe, nutritious, and high-quality meals for babies. Based in Kepong Desa Jaya, Malaysia, we are expanding our team and looking for passionate individuals who want to grow with us.

About the Role

You will be involved in end-to-end marketing activities, supporting brand growth across multiple platforms including social media, e-commerce, and offline activations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns
• Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Create and support content (basic video/photo editing using Canva, CapCut, etc.)
• Handle customer service across e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Website)
• Monitor digital ad performance and support optimization efforts
• Collaborate with influencers, KOLs, mommy bloggers, and partners
• Support offline marketing activities such as baby fairs, roadshows, workshops, and events
• Prepare marketing materials such as sales kits, presentations, and promotional content
• Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports
• Support ad-hoc marketing projects as needed

Job Requirements

Who We’re Looking For

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1 year of marketing experience
• Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields
• Comfortable using English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia
• Basic knowledge of Canva / CapCut / content creation is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn
• Interested in both online and offline marketing channels
