Job Description

The Corporate Account Manager reports into the Head of Corporate Sales and will be expected to develop, build and manage a clientele base of corporate accounts for business to business import payments. Here are a few other key responsibilities of this role: 
 
  • To oversee and manage the entire corporate onboarding process at each stage from account acquisition to transaction fulfillment and maintenance
  • To follow-up on new and existing key accounts within the horizontal sectors for new business
  • To plan potential corporate sales MICE initiatives by collaborating with the Marketing Team
  • To prospect new clients whether organic or referral via sales calls, inbound leads, direct mail, email and networking events
  • To follow-up on leads generated through research and promotional events
  • To assist Compliance Team to secure proper due-diligence documentations from the client
  • To maintain constant communication and meet client’s expectations on product offerings
  • To generate additional transactional volume from clients by analyzing market trends and movements
  • To participate in relevant events to help promote the company and its’ product offerings
  • To investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues by working with multiple internal key stakeholders
 
The above list is non-exhaustive and may include additional tasks in relation to the business. As an agile and fast scaling FinTech start-up, the candidate is also expected to assist the management with any administrative and general requirements of the business as and when required. 


Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from a reputable university 
  • Relevant corporate sales experience under 3 years will be appreciated and prioritized 
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply for the position
  • Ability to perform at a high level without significant supervision and with attention to detail
  • Candidates must be innovative, confident, accountable & have a strong sense of self-initiative
