Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic senior fullstack engineer to join our dynamic team. This role will involve working closely with other teams to lead the development of high-quality, scalable web applications while mentoring junior developers and driving technical excellence. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a variety of technologies and contribute to the full software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

● Technical Leadership: Lead the design and development of both front-end and back-end components of web applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

● Front-End Development: Build user-facing features using modern frameworks like React js.

● Back-End Development: Develop and optimize server-side logic using PHP, Node.js, and other technologies.

● Database Management: Design and maintain databases, optimize queries, and ensure data security using MySQL and NoSQL.

● Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.

● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.System Optimization: Ensure the robustness of the platform through performance tuning and implementing best practices.

● DevOps: Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure management.

● Technology Evaluation: Stay ahead of emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies to propose innovative solutions.

● Unit & Integration Testing: Write and maintain automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure code quality, reliability, and maintainability.

● Containerization: Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker. Monitor, scale, and troubleshoot workloads in cloud-native environments.

Job Requirements

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

● Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack development. Previous experience leading projects or mentoring junior devs is highly preferred.

● Expertise in front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern frameworks (React, Vue.js).

● Proficiency in server-side programming with PHP, Node.js, and related frameworks.

● Strong knowledge of database systems, including MySQL and NoSQL.

● Experience with version control systems like Git.

● Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration.

● Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

● Solid understanding of web application security best practices.

● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

● Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.

● This role requires on-site presence during working hours.

Preferred Skills

● Familiarity with microservices architecture and Domain Driven Designs.

● Experience with Docker.

● Proficiency in Agile development methodologies.

● Prior experience in fintech or financial services industries.
