What Your Days Look Like:

On-Set Videography & Production Support

• Help shoot short- and long-form content using cameras, smartphones, gimbals, and stabilisation gear.
• Set up basic lighting, mics, and studio space for interviews, brand shoots, office content, and event coverage.
• Support the production team on set i.e. keeping equipment, accessories, and audio ready and running smoothly.

Video Editing & Post-Production

• Edit raw footage into snappy short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
• Review, log, and organise footage from shoots, hunting for the strongest moments and stories.
• Add subtitles, text animations, trending audio, sound effects, basic colour correction, and simple visual touches.
• Learn to build scroll-stopping opening hooks and nail the pacing that keeps people watching.

Content & Trend Awareness

• Stay on top of social trends, content formats, platform updates, and fresh editing styles.
• Get a feel for audience behaviour and what works best on each platform.
• Pitch in during brainstorms with creative concepts, video ideas, and campaign plays.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Mass Communication, Media, Film & TV, Creative Multimedia, Broadcasting, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of camera operations, framing, lighting, and audio is a must — you don't need to be a pro, but you should know your way around the basics.
• A genuine keenness to grow into a Videographer or Director of Photography — this role is your stepping stone.
• Basic proficiency in editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut.
• An active social media user (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) with a natural sense of what performs.
• Keen to learn motion graphics, colour grading, and AI-powered editing tools to work smarter and faster.
• Strong organisation, good file management, and a habit of hitting deadlines.
• Adaptable and proactive — comfortable both on set and at the editing desk.
• Strong, confident English is a must — you'll be communicating in it every day.
• High energy with a personality that rocks hard, but still serious about doing great work.
• Able to start almost immediately.
