If you love telling stories through a lens, geeking out over the perfect shot, and turning everyday moments into scroll-stopping content while jumping between social content and full-scale productions, this might be your next adventure.

What Your Days Look Like:

• Shoot video content for Instagram, TikTok, and beyond — always on-brand and on-trend.
• Edit your footage into snappy reels, shorts, and highlights using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or whatever gets the job done.
• Head out to events, activations, and project visits to capture photos and videos, then turn them into weekly promos and post-event highlights.
• Get involved in larger-scale productions like TVCs, commercials, and corporate videos and supporting the crew on set and learning the ropes of a full shoot.
• Help set the scene from lighting and framing, to make every shot count.
• Brainstorm fresh content ideas, video concepts, and trend plays with the team.
• Team up with our designers and creators to keep everything tight and consistent across platforms.
• Jump on ad-hoc creative tasks when they pop up.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• Knowing your way around a camera is a must — you're confident behind the lens and know how to get the shot, whether it's a quick social clip or a full production set.
• A genuine passion for creating content across the board — from social reels to TVCs and brand films — because you'll be involved in all of it.
• A diploma or degree in any related field. Fresh grads are welcome! Internship or freelance experience is a bonus.
• A strong passion for video, storytelling, and keeping up with what's hot online.
• Comfortable with editing tools like CapCut (knowledge of Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or DaVinci is a plus!).
• Strong, confident English is a must — you'll be communicating in it every day, so it's got to be good.
• Open to using AI as a tool to work smarter and create faster.
• Creative thinking, an eye for detail, and the guts to pitch your ideas.
• A multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, fast-changing environment.
• Happy to travel and support event coverage when the action calls for it.

Bonus Points:

• Basic photography skills to round out your video work.
• A feel for short-form video trends and content planning.
• Comfortable in Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu (a nice plus!).
