Job Description
- Deliver excellent in customer care
- Daily operation in Concierge
- Ensure counters are cleaned, sanitized and in working condition
- Record all lost and found items in logbooks
- Ensure all flyers are displayed
- Reply customer's enquiry & complains
- Online reply on customer message and commnets on Facebook, Instagram of all outlets.
- Assist in minor execution of Marketing activities, such as redemption & contest.
- Distribute letters to tenants that related to marketing event/ promotion/ annoucement
- Compile adn submit redemption report and customer database
- Assist Car Park operation for handling parking tickets issues.
- Ensure First Aid kit items are up to date.
Job Requirements
- Education: SPM or equivalent (higher qualifications are an advantage).
- Experience: Prior experience in events, outdoor activities, or hospitality is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and a good team player.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
- Able to handle guests of different age groups and backgrounds.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
