Our Work Culture

<li>Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items, ensuring they meet the establishment’s standards.</li>
<li>Follow recipes and presentation guidelines set by the Chef de Partie and Head Chef and prepare ingredients, sauces, and garnishes as required.</li>
<li>Ensure all mise en place is prepared and ready for service.</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas.</li>
<li>Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, including proper storage of food items.</li>
<li>Monitor the quality and consistency of dishes before they leave the kitchen.</li>
<li>Address any issues with food quality or presentation promptly.</li>
<li>Support and assist the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations.</li>
<li>Work closely with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service and provide guidance and mentorship to junior kitchen staff and apprentices as needed.</li>
<li>Help manage and control inventory, including ordering and stocking supplies.</li>
<li>Ensure proper rotation and use of ingredients to minimize waste.</li>
<li>Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance culinary skills.</li>
<li>Stay updated on current food trends and techniques.</li>
<li>Perform any ad hoc assignments as and when required by the Managemen</li>
