Job Description

  • Generate and qualify leads, develop new business opportunities, and convert inquiries into sales.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers (individuals, families, and corporate clients) and maintain ongoing communication to drive repeat business.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of Monkeys Canopy Resort's offerings, including theme park attractions, group packages, VIP experiences, and seasonal events.
  • Conduct presentations for clients, both in person and virtually, to showcase our facilities, promotional offers, and tailored packages.
  • Actively promote special offers, group discounts, and season passes, ensuring customers are aware of all available options.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to help shape sales strategies.
  • Work closely with the marketing, operations, and guest services teams to ensure smooth execution of sales campaigns and client requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress toward sales targets. Prepare regular reports for the Sales Manager.
  • Promote the resort as a venue for corporate events, birthday parties, school outings, and team-building activities, tailoring offerings to meet client needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and positive feedback.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the hospitality, entertainment, or tourism industry, preferably in a theme park or resort setting.
  • Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin or other dialects), Bahasa Melayu and English.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals. Strong negotiation and persuasive skills are a must.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as needed to meet sales goals and support resort operations.
