Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Operations & Venue Coverage

• Plan and maintain daily security schedules, staffing rosters, and patrol routes to cover all shifts and venues.
• Oversee access control, CCTV monitoring, and key control to protect guests, staff, and assets.
• Coordinate with maintenance and facilities to resolve safety hazards promptly.
• Manage inventory for security equipment and recommend replacements or upgrades as needed.

Risk, Policy & Compliance

• Develop and update security policies that match local regulations and company standards.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and site inspections, then translate findings into practical action plans.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, fire safety, and emergency procedures across all locations.
• Prepare clear reports for management after audits or reviews.

Incident Response & Team Leadership

• Lead incident response, document events, and manage follow-up actions with HR and legal when required.
• Train, coach, and supervise security officers, running regular drills and performance reviews.
• Liaise with local enforcement and emergency services when incidents escalate.
• Maintain accurate logs and an incident database to spot trends and reduce repeat issues.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant security experience, preferably within hospitality or on-ground venue operations.
• Proven track record leading security teams in multi-shift environments.
• Education in security management, hospitality operations, or a related field is preferred.
• Valid local certifications for crowd management or first aid are an advantage.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of security management, CCTV operations, and access control systems.
• Experience writing and implementing security policies and standard operating procedures.
• Competence in incident reporting, basic investigation techniques, and risk assessment.
• Familiarity with vendor management, scheduling tools, and basic inventory control.
