Job Description
- Facilitate indoor and outdoor team-building programmes for corporate and group clients.
- Deliver activities in an engaging, energetic, and professional manner.
- Brief participants on programme objectives, activity rules, and safety procedures.
- Encourage teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and leadership throughout activities.
- Conduct debriefing sessions to reinforce key learning outcomes.
- Monitor participants' engagement and adapt activities to suit different group dynamics.
- Ensure all equipment is properly prepared, maintained, and stored before and after each programme.
- Conduct safety checks and manage risks during activities.
- Work closely with coordinators and operations teams to ensure smooth programme execution.
- Prepare activity reports and provide feedback for continuous programme improvement.
- Assist in developing new team-building activities and programme content.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sports Science, Recreation, Tourism, Human Resource, Education, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in team building, training, outdoor recreation, or event facilitation is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Energetic, confident, and passionate about engaging with people.
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and travel when required.
- First Aid certification is an added advantage.
