Job Description

Ticketing Duties

  • Sell and issue tickets, wristbands, and passes accurately 
  • Handle cash, card, and electronic payments in accordance with company procedures
  • Verify ticket validity and manage guest entry control
  • Provide information on ticket types, promotions, and park rules
     

Theme Park Operations

  • Assist guests with directions, queues, and attraction access
  • Monitor rides or attraction areas to ensure safety rules are followed 
  • Manage crowd flow and queue control during peak hours
  • Report any safety issues, equipment faults, or guest concerns to supervisors
     

Customer Service

  • Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner 
  • Respond to guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly 
  • Maintain a positive, helpful, and courteous attitude at all times
     

Operational & Housekeeping

  • Ensure workstations, counters, and public areas are clean and orderly
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
  • Support other departments when required
     

Job Requirements

  • Minimum: SPM level 
  • Able to communicate clearly in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English (additional languages are an advantage) 
  • Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented personality 
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays 
  • Able to stand for long hours and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in customer service, ticketing, or hospitality is an added advantage

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills
  • Ability to handle guests calmly and professionally 
  • Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Attention to detail and safety awareness
  • Shift-based work including weekends and public holidays
