Job Description
Affiliate Recruitment & Onboarding
- Identify, approach, and recruit content creators (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Instagram, YouTube) to promote client brands.
- Meet and engage creators (virtually or face-to-face) to establish collaborations.
- Guide creators through joining and onboarding into affiliate programs.
Creator Coordination & Campaign Management
- Arrange and deliver product samples to creators for review or livestream use.
- Coordinate content creation and ensure deliverables (videos, livestreams, posts) are completed on time.
- Negotiate fees, commissions, or incentive models with creators.
- Draft Affiliate Decks highlighting brand USP and campaign goals, working with the content/video team on storyboards.
Campaign Execution & Performance Tracking
- Monitor creator performance via TikTok/Shopee/Lazada affiliate dashboards.
- Generate campaign reports (traffic, clicks, GMV, conversions) for internal teams and clients.
- Optimize affiliate campaigns based on insights and performance data.
Relationship Management & Compliance
- Build long-term partnerships with top-performing creators.
- Ensure all content complies with brand policies, platform rules, and advertising guidelines.
- Troubleshoot issues such as late delivery, underperformance, or misaligned content.
Market Research & Strategy Development
- Research trends, competitor affiliate strategies, and emerging creators.
- Suggest new approaches to incentivize creators (e.g., tiered rewards, exclusive bonuses).
- Explore opportunities with micro-influencers and niche creators beyond standard platforms.
Rekrutmen & Onboarding Affiliate
- Kenal pasti, dekati dan rekrut pencipta kandungan (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Instagram, YouTube) untuk mempromosikan produk jenama pelanggan.
- Berjumpa dan berhubung dengan pencipta (secara maya atau bersemuka) untuk membina kerjasama.
- Membimbing pencipta kandungan menyertai dan mendaftar program affiliate.
Penyelarasan Pencipta & Pengurusan Kempen
- Mengatur penghantaran sampel produk kepada pencipta kandungan.
- Menyelaraskan penciptaan kandungan serta memastikan hasil (video, livestream, posting) dihantar mengikut masa yang ditetapkan.
- Berunding mengenai bayaran, komisen, atau model insentif dengan pencipta.
- Menyediakan Affiliate Deck yang menonjolkan USP jenama dan objektif kempen, serta bekerjasama dengan pasukan kandungan/video bagi storyboard.
Pelaksanaan Kempen & Pemantauan Prestasi
- Memantau prestasi pencipta melalui papan pemuka affiliate TikTok/Shopee/Lazada.
- Menyediakan laporan kempen (trafik, klik, GMV, kadar penukaran) untuk pasukan dalaman dan pelanggan.
- Mengoptimumkan kempen affiliate berdasarkan data dan prestasi.
Pengurusan Hubungan & Pematuhan
- Membina hubungan jangka panjang dengan pencipta berprestasi tinggi.
- Memastikan semua kandungan mematuhi dasar jenama, peraturan platform, dan garis panduan pengiklanan.
- Menyelesaikan isu seperti kelewatan penghantaran, prestasi rendah, atau kandungan yang tidak selaras.
Penyelidikan Pasaran & Pembangunan Strategi
- Membuat kajian trend industri, strategi affiliate pesaing, dan mengenal pasti pencipta baru yang berpotensi.
- Mencadangkan pendekatan baru untuk memberi insentif kepada pencipta (contoh: ganjaran bertingkat, bonus eksklusif).
- Meneroka peluang dengan micro-influencer dan pencipta niche di luar platform standard.
