<p>Responsibilities:&nbsp;</p>

<li>Liaison between internal and external stakeholders (Professional Esports Teams), including BAU communication as well as dispute/crises management;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Data analysis of our in-game initiatives;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Enhancing our incentive framework to optimise reward structure;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Tweaking and optimising the designs of the league and the rules.</li>
