Job Descriptions:
-Count and receive goods from suppliers and unloading the goods from the lorry or any incoming container shipment.
-Arranging all stocks i.e., finished goods, raw materials, packaging materials and spare part in their designated areas in the store according to the “First In First Out” rule.
-Retrieving accurately base on “First In First Out Rule” on the stocks for delivery to customers according to the Delivery Orders.
-Delivering accurately (First In First Out) raw materials and packaging materials to the production department according to the Materials Request Form or Work Order Sheet.
-Ensure all inventory stock card/system updated and according to physical count.
-Loading goods onto the lorry/container shipment for deliveries.
-Sweep/mop/vacuum the store area to maintain the place in a clean and neat condition; report to superior on any possible pest treat/risk.
-Dispose any refuse/rubbish from the store and throw into proper refuse bins of the Local Council.
-Any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
