• Maintain and update product listings, pricing, and inventory to ensure a smooth online shopping experience.
• Improve website traffic, usability, and conversion rates using SEO and analytics.
• Plan and execute campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
• Create and schedule engaging content to grow brand awareness and increase customer engagement.
• Develop and manage targeted email campaigns to retain and convert customers while maintaining the CRM database.
• Work with designers and copywriters to produce high-quality marketing materials and digital content.
• Track marketing and e-commerce performance, analyse data, and provide reports to optimise strategies.
• Manage customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers and brand partners to expand market reach.
• Stay updated with the latest e-commerce and digital marketing trends to implement new strategies effectively.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing and branding, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their advertising capabilities.
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• A passion for stationery and a willingness to learn more about the industry.
