About the role
At Mossery, every package is a little piece of joy for our community. We’re looking for a Fulfilment Operations Executive who loves details, takes ownership, and wants to make every order better than the last.

What you’ll do

• Get orders out on time: make sure every order is packed right and shipped fast
• Lead the daily game plan: plan and assign tasks for the fulfilment team
• Keep quality high: do spot checks and share clear feedback
• Work across teams: partner with production, inventory, customer service and couriers to keep orders moving, especially in busy seasons
• Step in where needed: support the production team when extra hands are needed
• Track the numbers: report daily on orders sent, pending orders, cancellations and packing errors
• Handle shipping and returns: manage outgoing shipments, returns, customs and insurance
• Save time and money: work with couriers to speed up delivery and cut shipping costs
• Keep it neat: make sure the workspace stays clean and organised

Job Requirements

What we’re looking for

• Experience: at least 3 years in fulfilment, logistics, inventory or supply chain
• Education: Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Operations or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Bonus points: Supply chain certifications
• Tech skills: Comfortable with Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
• Detail-focused: Organised, careful and good at managing time
• Strong communicator: Able to work well with couriers and different teams
• Team player: Positive attitude and happy to help where needed
• Ready to start: Immediate starters preferred
