• Create with Purpose: Design innovative products and experiences tailored to inspire our creative community, while overseeing the production process to ensure excellence.
• Craft Visual Narratives: Develop concepts and designs for marketing materials across both online and offline platforms, ensuring impactful communication of our mission and values.
• Innovate Marketing Media: Ideate and execute fresh, exciting concepts for print, digital, and multimedia campaigns within time and budget constraints.
• Photography & Editing: Conduct photography shoots and edits for advertisements and promotional campaigns, ensuring visuals that captivate and inspire.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with content writers and marketing teams to bring creative ideas to life, aligned with our brand’s vision.
• Drive Creative Excellence: Lead initiatives and manage projects from ideation to execution, delivering on time, on target, and on budget.
• Commercial Understanding: Balance creative ideas with commercial needs to create impactful designs that align with business goals.

Job Requirements

Education: Any degree in a creative-related field, but solid skills matter more than your qualification.

Experience: We care more about your portfolio than your years of experience. If your work is strong, we want to hear from you!

Required Software: You must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma. Knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, or other video editing tools is a big bonus.

Soft Skills: You can work under tight deadlines without losing your cool, and communicate clearly and confidently with the team.
