- Create with Purpose: Design innovative products and experiences tailored to inspire our creative community, while overseeing the production process to ensure excellence.
- Craft Visual Narratives: Develop concepts and designs for marketing materials across both online and offline platforms, ensuring impactful communication of our mission and values.
- Innovate Marketing Media: Ideate and execute fresh, exciting concepts for print, digital, and multimedia campaigns within time and budget constraints.
- Photography & Editing: Conduct photography shoots and edits for advertisements and promotional campaigns, ensuring visuals that captivate and inspire.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with content writers and marketing teams to bring creative ideas to life, aligned with our brand’s vision.
- Drive Creative Excellence: Lead initiatives and manage projects from ideation to execution, delivering on time, on target, and on budget.
- Commercial Understanding: Balance creative ideas with commercial needs to create impactful designs that align with business goals.
Job Requirements
Education: Any degree in a creative-related field, but solid skills are more important than your degree
Years of experience: As long as you have a good portfolio to show us, we want to hear from you!
Required software skills: Be a master of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma, and other video editing software.
Soft skills: The ability to work under tight deadlines without breaking a sweat and communicate like a boss with the team.
Company culture: We're a small but mighty crew located in Petaling Jaya, obsessed with creating the world's finest stationery and creative products. As part of our tight-knit team, you'll be working side by side with the founders and will play a crucial role in bringing our creative visions to life. Don't worry, we won't make you fetch coffee (unless it's for yourself, of course).
Company values: Share our love and passion of design, paper, and all things creative. Bonus points if you're not afraid to get your hands dirty and dive into the creative process.
Attitude: Looking for someone who is eager to learn, has a can-do attitude and isn't afraid to bring their A-game to create amazing things with the team.
