Job Description

• Content Creation: Plan, create, edit, and publish engaging content across various marketing channels, including Instagram, TikTok, newsletters, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms. 
• Content Strategy: Brainstorm and execute creative content ideas that support marketing campaigns, increase brand awareness, and drive audience engagement. 
• Content Production: Assist with product photoshoots and video production for new product launches, behind-the-scenes (BTS) content, and other marketing initiatives. 
• Copywriting: Write engaging copy for social media, blogs, newsletters, website content, and other marketing materials. 
• Co-Marketing: Support collaborations with influencers, KOLs, content creators, and brand partners to expand brand reach and engagement. 
• Social Media Management: Manage day-to-day community engagement by responding to comments and direct messages while maintaining a positive and engaging brand presence across all social media platforms. 
• Trend Research: Stay up to date with social media trends, emerging content formats, and digital marketing best practices, and contribute fresh ideas to the team. 
• General Support: Assist with other marketing-related projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Communications, or a related field. 
• Passionate about content creation, social media, and digital marketing. 
• Creative, proactive, and eager to learn. 
• Strong communication and writing skills in English. 
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus point:

• Comfortable appearing and speaking in front of the camera for social media content. 
• Experience creating content for personal, university, freelance, or brand social media accounts. 
• Skills in illustration, graphic design, photography, or videography. 
• A portfolio showcasing your creative work is an advantage.
