At Mossery, we design and produce our own notebooks, planners and stationery right here in Malaysia, and ship them to customers worldwide. We’re a small, passionate team with high standards, and we’re looking for a hands-on Print Production Executive to run our production floor.

You’ll look after our machines and make sure every product that leaves our studio is world-class. We’re not looking for someone who waits for instructions. We want someone who spots problems, suggests fixes and makes things better.

What you’ll do:

• Run our HP Indigo digital press: daily checks, cleaning, calibration and colour checks
• Finish products: kiss-cut stickers and laminate covers (matt or soft-touch)
• Check every batch for quality, log rejects and fix what caused them
• Do routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot print issues
• Plan production with the Fulfillment and Design teams to meet order deadlines
• Manage printing supplies and restock on time
• Find ways to cut waste, save time and raise quality

Job Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing or similar). Fresh grads are welcome.
• Happy to be hands-on and operate machines every day
• Experience with digital printing, cutting or lamination is a plus. Full training is provided.
• Self-starter who takes initiative without waiting to be told
• Detail-focused, with high standards for quality
• Enjoys working in a small team where everyone pitches in
