Mossery is looking for friendly and enthusiastic individuals to represent our premium stationery brand at our retail stores and events.

As a Retail Associate, you’ll introduce customers to our beautifully designed journals, sketchbooks, art kits, and planners—each featuring exclusive cover art by talented local and international illustrators. Whether you’re recommending a thoughtful gift or sharing the story behind our designs, you’ll play an important role in creating warm, memorable experiences for our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Introduce and promote products that inspire creativity 
• Assist customers in finding meaningful and thoughtful gifts 
• Learn how to personalise notebooks and planners for customers
• Provide friendly, attentive, and genuine customer service
• Learn and grow with training provided by the company

• Enjoys interacting with people
• Has an interest in art, stationery, or creative brands
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
