We’re looking for a Sales &amp; Customer Success Executive to manage customer relationships from first contact through post-purchase support. This role blends sales, customer support, and light marketing collaboration, with a strong focus on delivering a great customer experience. You'll be the main point of contact for customers, helping them understand our products, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to grow relationships.
 <ins>Key Responsibilities</ins> Customer Experience:
<ul>
<li>Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through various channels, including webchat, CRM, phone, email, and social media.</li>
<li>Assist customers with order placement, product information, and issue resolution.</li>
<li>Ensure customer satisfaction by effectively addressing their needs and providing appropriate solutions.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales activities in the CRM system.</li>
<li>Solve operational problems for customers through technology and automation while improve our customer experience journey. </li>
</ul>
Sales:
<ul>
<li>Proactively reach out to potential customers to generate leads and identify new business opportunities.</li>
<li>Conduct product demonstrations to prospective B2B and B2C customers/clients.</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their inquiries and concerns.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve sales targets.</li>
<li>Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth. </li>

Marketing:

<li>Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing materials that align with the company's branding and marketing strategies.</li>
<li>Assist in developing engaging and persuasive marketing copy for various channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, and print materials.</li>

<li>Proofread and edit marketing materials to ensure accuracy and consistency.</li>
