Job Description

• You will be responsible to pack and ship customers’ orders within 1-2 business days to their addresses in a time-efficient and accurate manner.
• Creating shipment labels accurately in the most time-efficient and accurate manner and hand over to the delivery personnel
• Check items to ensure that they are in good condition and conform to quality specifications.
• Receive and understand work orders to verify the shipping method selected by customers
• Ensure that the shipping costs are minimised.
• Identify customer needs quickly, efficiently and proactively to deliver the right solution in the first instance. 

• You will be liaising with respective Courier Services to solve these issues within the shortest timeframe as possible while follow up close. 
• Ascertain that all shipped items are properly recorded in the Mossery order database according to courier services used
• Ensure that all exported Shipments are recorded and tallies with Shipment Charges.
• You will be liaising with the Finance Department to ensure no overcharging of services
• Ensure Shipping Options to customers are always updated with revised rates on the website
• You will be liaising with Courier Services to explore and apply the cheapest, fastest and most reliable Shipping Rates, in the best interest of customers and the company
