Job Role:
- Monitor Staff Attendance
- Commission & Expenses Claim Checking
- Orientation, New Join & Hiring
- Salary / OT Calculation & All HR Job
- All HR job tasks, monthly report
- Assist HOD to Complete Any Ad-hoc Duties
- Dealing with Accountant government department including JTK, banker & etc
- Arrange & upload payment
- Handle & Incharge Dosh document, HRDF training
- Settle EA form, stamping & CP22 ,CP22A
Job Requirements
Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma/ Degree in HR/Admin/ finance
- At least 3 year of HR experience
- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Computer Literate (Excel, Word, etc. )
- Can Work Independently ,team work Hardworking & Good Attitude
