[About the Role]

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our dynamic finance team in the logistics industry. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage day-to-day financial operations in a fast-paced environment. This role involves full account management, customer collection, and supplier payment processes to support the company’s financial health.

[Key Responsibilities]

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Manage full sets of accounts, including general ledger, AR/AP, and bank reconciliation
  • Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of payments
  • Actively follow up and chase overdue payments from customers in a professional manner
  • Process and manage payments to suppliers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Support tax computation, statutory submissions, and external/internal audits
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant regulations
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Assist in cash flow monitoring and working capital management
  • Collaborate with internal departments for smooth financial operations

Job Requirements

[Requirements]

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is an advantage
  • Minimum 2 years and above of relevant working experience
  • Hands-on experience in AR/AP processes, customer collection, and supplier payments
  • Proficiency in accounting software Like SQL, Autocount (preferred) and Quickbook is required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Prior experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is an added advantage
