Responsible for delivery of Environmental Data (RoHS, CMM, Conflict Minerals) for MSI suppliers and managing PLM Agile and EG&C (Environmental Governance & Compliance)
Work with multiple suppliers to gather environmental data declarations and translate them into specifications and regulation compliance in the system.
Responsible for providing education and helpdesk support to Suppliers for Material declaration and Interpretation of W18 Specifications and Regulations.
Responsible for tracking and reporting environmental data declaration activities.
Responsible for following up with Suppliers for Quality and Responsiveness of Material
Declaration. (You may be required to work off office hours when dealing with overseas suppliers.) - If necessary, escalation will be done through BU Sourcing (CM).
Responsible for maintaining Motorola EDM databases.
Review W18 submissions before releasing them into the production database.
The audit findings must be communicated to improve and sustain the EDM Data Quality (Knowledge sharing).
Provide guidance and training to suppliers and coordinate compliance data with various functional teams within MSI.

Candidate must have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or any related field.
Advanced Chemistry knowledge with a background in Chemical studies.
The capability of reading, analyzing, and understanding the chemical Hazardous Material related to ROHS compliance and specification.
Ability to work with details and develop a high level of accuracy.
Competency in Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, Outlook) would be an advantage.
Systematic, people orientated, and work with minimum supervision; capability to perform root cause analysis and risk prevention for false information.
Able to communicate well in English both in verbal and written.
Be able to work odd hours when required.
Similar working experience is a plus.
