Product development: Drive the design, development and delivery of innovative, high quality and reliable audio accessories.
Team leadership: Lead and manage EE engineers, focus on talent development.
Innovation: Foster an environment of continuous improvement and innovation, encourage the team to explore new technologies, understand customer needs, and challenge status quo.
Collaboration: Partner closely with program manager, product management, software and mechanical engineering, suppliers, cross-functional teams and stakeholders to influence strategic priorities, ensure seamless integration, and a cohesive product strategy.
Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and oversight throughout the product lifecycle, from concept to prototyping to production and post-launch support.

Degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering or equivalent.
Min 7 years in electrical/audio engineering related field.
Strong technical knowledge in Electrical and Audio engineering design, including RF.
Proven track record of successful issue solving.
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
Visionary, high ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and manage competing priorities.
