The key responsibilities are, amongst others, as follows:-
- Manage monthly APAC Software closing activities and prepare related journal entries and reconciliations
- Perform monthly Sales & GM estimation with analysis on the financial performance for APAC Software
- Be the first point of contact for supporting end-to-end APAC Software accounting activities
- Prepares weekly and monthly financial reports for stakeholders and analyzes business performance on a regular basis.
- Liaising with internal/external auditors and external consultants for various audit and compliance processes.
- Provides financial information and reports for regional operational and business review on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Manages potential risks in all areas of accounting and compliance and acts as a trusted business advisor to the business.
- Continuous improvement in all related areas including financial, compliance and reporting.
- Support ad-hoc assignments related to all areas of accounting, reporting and system enhancement.
-Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent from an accredited university or college with ACCA/CPA qualification or similar - At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in business accounting
- Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills - Ability to work independently, able to manage tasks with high complexities and comfortable with ambiguity
- Analytical mindset and learning agility, open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances
- Good time and task management skills, ability to work under time pressure -
Strong drive and energy to learn and contribute in a dynamic, multinational business environment
- Proficient with MS Office Suite: Excel and Power BI and Alteryx/Tableau is a plus
