The Senior Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for leading and executing complex mechanical engineering tasks across the product lifecycle, from new product introduction (NPI) to customer issue resolution (C3), continuous improvement programs (COS/MOL), and part change notification (PCN).
This role requires a high degree of technical competence in mechanical design, testing, problem-solving, and project management.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience in mechanical design, product development, and validation, preferably in a fast-paced technology or manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills:
Proven expertise in 3D CAD software, with proficiency in CREO ELEMENT (formerly PRO/E), is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes (e.g., injection molding, casting, stamping).
Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis using structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys).
Experience applying DFSS tools such as DOE (Design of Experiments) and Tolerance Stack analysis.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., ATEX, UL, IP ratings).
Soft Skills:
Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder management.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally to support suppliers and project builds as required.
