• Responsible to prepare schedules in relations to Corporate Income Tax Compliance tasks (US/Local Tax reporting) from reporting to payment submission
• Responsible to handle indirect tax matters (i.e. VAT/Withholding tax)
• Support on monthly closing activities and identify and drive process improvements to align regional processes
• Be the first point of contact for the supporting country for end to end corporate income tax compliance activities – Liaise with tax consultant and tax authority as and when required
• Support the internal teams by performing tax related analysis of the operating and business performance for the countries.
• Identify and highlighting any potential risks and issues from Income Tax Compliance perspective.
• Responsible for timely monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliation by ensuring documentation are in compliance with Motorola Solutions’ Accounting Policies and procedures
• Assist in establishing strong internal operational environment through process improvements and projects.
• Liaise with officer from tax authorities and tax agents in the event of tax audit.
• Any other tax ad-hoc duties.

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting with at least 2-3 years of relevant tax experience from Big 4 Firm (preferable).
• Basic knowledge in Corporate Income Tax
• Prefer to have good working knowledge in Excel
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Must be a self-starter who is able to work independently and interface with all relevant internal teams and external business partners is needed
• Strong analytical, comprehension and problem solving skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to conceptualize
• Diligent, attention to detail, ability to manage time and work flow, work on multiple assignments and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment
