Job Description

  • Responsible for the general clerical duties such as filling documentation, preparation of correspondence letter, provide administrative support to the company.
  • To ensure accuracy in data entry .
  • Handling incoming phone call and visitors.
  • Check list & order for pantry, household product, stationary, etc
  • Assist in claims calculations
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and assist with invoice processing
  • Executing other task as directed by management

Job Requirements

 

  • SPM, Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Proficiency in MS Office  
  • Good time management & organization
  • Strong attention to detail & accuracy
  • Good communication skill
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
