Motto Design is a creative interior design studio specializing in high-quality residential and commercial fit-outs. With a focus on precision, craftsmanship, and exceptional client experience, we are seeking a detail-driven Quantity Surveyor to support our growing project pipeline. 

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and budget proposals for interior design projects.
   
• Conduct quantity take-offs for materials, finishes, joinery, furniture, and MEP elements as required.
   
• Analyze construction drawings and design specifications for accurate cost planning.
   
• Work closely with the design team to ensure designs align with approved budgets.
   
• Source pricing from suppliers and contractors; evaluate quotations and negotiate as needed.
   
• Prepare cost comparison sheets, value engineering proposals, and final cost plans.
   
• Monitor project costs during execution and prepare periodic cost reports.
   
• Manage variations, change orders, and final accounts.
   
• Ensure all cost documentation is accurate and aligned with industry and company standards.
   

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Interior Design, or related field.
   
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in interior design, fit-out, or construction.
   
• Strong understanding of interior materials, finishing schedules, joinery, etc.
   
• Proficiency in QS software, spreadsheets, and measurement tools.
   
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings.
   
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
   
• High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
