As our Digital Marketing & Growth Executive you will build and scale integrated performance campaigns that convert traffic into qualified leads, appointments, and online sales using paid advertising, content testing, landing-page optimisation, analytics and AI tools.
Your Growth & Impact
- Accelerate your hands-on marketing experience by planning, launching and optimising campaigns across Meta, Google and organic channels, so you own measurable outcomes for two distinct healthcare brands.
- Build strong analytics and AI fluency by turning advertising, website and sales data into clear recommendations that improve ROI and conversion rates.
- Expand your skillset across services and e-commerce by working on both BP Chiro and JOINT18 with content, design and operations teammates.
- Master growth fundamentals in paid media, creative testing and landing-page optimisation to fast-track into senior growth or campaign management roles.
Job Requirements
Who You Are
- You are a fresh graduate or have less than 2 years of work experience.
- You speak and write fluently in both English and Mandarin.
- You are naturally curious about consumer behavior, e-commerce, and the wellness industry.
- You aren't intimidated by numbers, spreadsheets, or learning how to read marketing data.
- You are a proactive tinkerer who loves experimenting with AI tools (like ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and new tech.
- Basic familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, or analytics is a nice bonus, but absolutely not a dealbreaker.
Your degree or previous job title doesn't matter to us as much as your hustle. If you have the right attitude, a willingness to learn, and a drive to improve, we want to meet you.
