Job Description:

• To handle customer enquiry from different channel
• To solve customer enquiries
• To follow the standard SOP by company for solving customer enquiries
• To ensure all customer enquiries is solved within time frame
• To work as a team with other staff and follow the instructions given by the superior
• Be responsible for all given task and complete on time
• Able to be multitasking and fast respond for all tasks

Job Requirements

 Job Requirement:

• Diploma above
• 1 years of working experience in related field.
• Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• A team player, meticulous and customer-oriented with good management, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Prior telemarketing or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Sales-driven and result-oriented
• Friendly and approachable personality
