Job Description

 About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, organized, and proactive Operations Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, coordinating moving parts, and making sure daily operations run smoothly.

As an Operations Executive, you will play an important role in supporting execution, improving workflows, and ensuring internal operations are carried out efficiently. You will work closely with different teams to coordinate tasks, monitor progress, and support day-to-day operational needs in a fast-paced and growing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and manage day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure tasks are aligned, tracked, and followed through effectively
  • Monitor operational processes and identify areas for workflow improvement and efficiency
  • Assist in resolving daily operational issues, bottlenecks, and coordination challenges
  • Maintain and update trackers, reports, schedules, and internal records
  • Support the preparation of operational reports, updates, and summaries for management
  • Ensure tasks are carried out accurately and according to internal processes and timelines
  • Help improve internal workflows, reporting structure, and execution processes
  • Support ad-hoc operational and administrative tasks as assigned 

Job Requirements

  What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field
  • Strong interest in operations, execution, coordination, and process improvement
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for working across teams
  • Able to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets / Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience in an operations, admin, coordination, or support role is an advantage
