Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Outreach & Business Development professional to lead partnership development, client acquisition, and strategic outreach initiatives. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding business networks, and identifying new market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Development & Sales
  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities 
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets 
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities 
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and close deals with clients 
  1. Outreach & Partnership Management
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage potential partners and clients 
  • Build long-term relationships with corporate clients, SMEs, and stakeholders 
  • Manage end-to-end partnership lifecycle (onboarding, engagement, retention) 
  • Represent the company in networking events, meetings, and presentations 
  1. Client Relationship Management
  • Act as the key point of contact for clients and partners 
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions 
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and retention 
  • Handle negotiations and contract discussions 
  1. Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals 
  • Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports 
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, recruitment) for execution 
  • Provide insights and recommendations for business growth 
  1. Team Leadership
  • Lead and mentor junior outreach/business development team members 
  • Set KPIs and monitor team performance 
  • Support hiring and training of new team members

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 
  • 2–6+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships 
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing deals 
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills 
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders 
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented

Nice to Have

  • Experience in consulting, staffing, or tech-related industries 
  • Existing network with SMEs or corporate clients 
  • Experience managing partnerships or outreach programs
