Internship Program (Property & Marketing)

Position: Property & Marketing Intern

📍 Location: Johor Bahru (Adda Heights)

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in property marketing campaigns and promotional activities. 
• Support social media content creation (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). 
• Assist in lead management and customer enquiries. 
• Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and reports. 
• Support property events, roadshows, and project launches. 
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis. 
• Assist the sales team with administrative tasks. 

Requirements

• Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in: 
• Business Administration 
• Marketing 
• Mass Communication 
• Real Estate 
• Property Management 
• Digital Marketing 
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin. 
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn. 
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
