Search and identify potential real estate agents and landlords for renting or acquiring warehouse to support business operations.
Act as a liaison and assist in the communication between internal and external stakeholders, including legal teams, landlords, and contractors to facilitate the completion of the warehouse renting process.
Review and analyze legal documents, terms, and conditions related to warehouse rental agreements and provide recommendations as needed.
Search and identify potential recruit agency for hiring process of local warehouse managers and supervisors that oversee warehouse operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Assist team in developing, compiling and deliver presentations to stakeholders regarding the progress of the ongoing projects.
Conduct market research to identify potential warehouse locations and assess market conditions.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendor, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost -effective delivery of warehouse services and material.
Update the progress and the delivery of the ongoing projects to the respective stakeholder and ensuring adjustments been made throughout the project in timely manner and according to specifications and high standards.
Assist in monitoring the progress and timeline of the new assignment across the team member to meet the project objectives.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Able to travel internationally to support the new warehouse setup, expansions projects and other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
Minimum 1-year relevant working experience.
Demonstrate appreciation and respect for cultural sensitivities especially in international/cross-cultural interactions.
Strong communication skills.
Display effectiveness and efficiency in working.
Good command in English and Mandarin (reading, writing and speaking) and MS office skills.
Have basic knowledge on legal, HR and international business.
Have basic knowledge on warehouse operation.
Multi-lingual is an added advantage.
Ability to identify work process issues and apply improvements.
