 Job summary

We are seeking a creative, data-driven Digital Marketing & Paid Media Executive to lead and optimize our online advertising efforts across platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about crafting compelling content, analyzing campaign performance, and driving measurable results.

Responsibilities:

  •  Plan, execute and manage paid media campaigns across social media platform.
  •  Monitor, measure, report and analyze campaign performance data to derive actionable insights and optimize advertising spend.
  •  Create and present comprehensive reports on campaign performance including key metrics and recommendations for improvement.
  •  Monitor and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize results.
  •  Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to improve overall campaign performance.
  •  Work closely with creative and content marketing teams to digital strategies and contents that align with broader campaign goals and business objectives.
  •  Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging platforms to inform campaign strategies.
  •  Support and contribute to the digital demand generation strategy by developing and executing inbound and outbound tactics, such as email campaigns, landing pages, forms, calls-to-action (CTAs), and workflows.
  •  Plan and create short-form content (videos, reels, visuals, captions) for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu.
  •  Draft compelling captions, ad copy, and headlines aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.
  •  Collaborate with the design/video team to produce visually consistent brand content.
  •  Research trends, hooks, and formats to enhance content performance.
  •  Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and storytelling across platforms.

Job Requirements

 Working experience

  •  At least 1-4 years of experience with solid execution and operational experience in related field.
  •  Experience in developing and executing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. 
  •  Creative mindset with a solid understanding of content development (video, imagery, copywriting) across various stages of the marketing funnel. 
  •  Strong commercial awareness, understanding of market, consumers and retail trends, and has good marketing partnership locally, with the ability to provide reliable and accurate insights and recommendation to the business. 
  •  Problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous process improvement. 
  •  Fast learner, adaptable to various platforms and tools 
  •  Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. 
  •  Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn and grow in the field. 
  •  Self-motivated, independent, data-driven, and committed to efficiency and results. 
  •  Proactive, responsible, and results-driven with strong communication skills

Requirement:-

  •  Diploma or higher in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, New Media, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience.
  •  Proven ability to set up and optimize paid campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google and Tik Tok
  •  Proficient in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook Business Suite), Canva, CapCut, etc.
  •  Understanding of key digital marketing metrics (CPL, ROI, CTR, A/B Testing, etc.)
  •  Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from tools such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads to inform marketing decisions.
  •  Language proficiency – Mandarin, English (write and read)

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  •  Proven track record of successful ad campaigns (e.g., increased leads, reduced CPL) 
  •  Experience in marketing for education industries 
  •  Experience managing full marketing campaigns from planning to execution 
  •  Experience using AI content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Deepseek) is a plus 
  •  Familiar with emerging platforms like XHS and TikTok is a plus 
  •  Basic skills in video editing and graphic design is a plus
