Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline i.e, Business Management, Finance/ Commerce, Economics, Project Management.
  • 1 to 2 years of proven experience in project monitoring and evaluation roles.
  • Displays excellent communication and interpersonal skills, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Possesses project management, research and data analysis skills will be an added advantage.


Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Project Monitoring

  • Track and monitor the progress of multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Regularly communicate with project managers and various teams to gather updates on project status.
  • Identify potential roadblocks or delays and propose solutions to ensure project timelines are met.

Task Management

  • Manage and execute task assignments within MRANTI, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.
  • Collaborate with division/department heads to understand ongoing tasks and prioritise based on strategic objectives.
  • Maintain a comprehensive overview of all tasks and their status for reporting to the CEO.

Timeline Management

  • Develop and maintain project timelines, working closely with project managers to update and adjust as needed.
  • Anticipate and address potential delays, providing recommendations to keep timelines on track.
  • Create reports outlining project timelines, milestones achieved, and upcoming deadlines for CEO review.

Deliverables Tracking

  • Monitor the delivery of agreed-upon milestones and deliverables.
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and are submitted within established timelines.
  • Report to the CEO on the status of deliverables, highlighting any deviations from the plan.

Communication and Reporting

  • Facilitate clear communication channels between project teams, division/department heads, and the CEO's office.
  • Prepare regular reports for the CEO, summarising project status, key accomplishments, and upcoming challenges.
  • Ensure timely escalation of critical issues to the CEO with recommended courses of action.

Undertake any additional responsibilities as required.
